2. Eligibility for Rental

To rent a vehicle from Rent a Car 247, you must:

Be at least 21 years old (age requirements may vary based on vehicle category).

Possess a valid driver’s license, with at least one year of driving experience.

Provide a valid ID (e.g., passport or national ID) and a valid credit/debit card for payment.

3. Booking & Payment

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.

Payment must be made using a valid credit or debit card.

We accept major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.

Full payment is required at the time of booking, unless otherwise agreed upon.

Additional charges may apply for add-ons such as GPS, child seats, or insurance coverage.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellations made 48 hours before the scheduled pickup time will receive a full refund.

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the pickup time will incur a cancellation fee.

No-shows are non-refundable.

Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 7-10 business days.

5. Vehicle Pickup & Return

Customers must present their booking confirmation, valid driver’s license, and ID at the time of pickup.

Vehicles must be returned at the agreed time and location.

Late returns may incur additional charges.

The vehicle must be returned with the same fuel level as at pickup; otherwise, refueling charges will apply.

6. Insurance & Liability

All vehicles come with basic insurance coverage, which includes third-party liability.

Additional insurance options, such as Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) and Theft Protection, are available at an extra cost.

The renter is responsible for any damage not covered by insurance, including tire and windshield damage, unless additional coverage is purchased.

7. Usage Restrictions

Vehicles rented from Rent a Car 247 cannot be used for:

Off-road driving

Transporting illegal substances or items

Racing or other competitive activities

Driving outside the permitted geographical area

Failure to comply with these restrictions may result in contract termination and additional charges.

8. Fuel Policy

Vehicles are provided with a full tank of fuel.

Renters must return the vehicle with a full tank or pay a refueling fee.

Fuel costs are non-refundable.

9. Traffic Violations & Penalties

The renter is responsible for any traffic violations, parking tickets, or toll charges incurred during the rental period.

Any unpaid fines will be charged to the renter’s credit card, along with an administrative fee.

10. Breakdown & Emergency Assistance

All vehicles are regularly maintained and inspected for safety.

In the event of a breakdown, contact our 24/7 roadside assistance helpline immediately.

Renters must follow the provided instructions for repairs or towing.

11. Privacy Policy

Rent a Car 247 respects your privacy and protects your personal information.

Data collected during the booking process is used solely for transaction processing and service improvement.

We do not share personal information with third parties, except as required by law.

12. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes or claims related to our services will be resolved through mediation or arbitration in accordance with applicable laws.

Legal action, if necessary, will be conducted in the jurisdiction of our headquarters.
